Crossfit Injuries

What is your opinion of woman's crossfit?  It seems like ego training that would lead to injuries.  I don't really get the point of it.

This is a short clip of Laura Sanchez who has a sever injury in the beginning.  You can tell she in not fully healed but begins training again.

Brooke Ence a well known crossfit competitor.

@ 1:25 she says came back from a spinal fusion.   :-\

They come back after the injuries and keep training the exact same way.

One of the most amusing comments:

"You can definitely tell the people who say she has taken something obvious don’t know anything about working out or committing to discipline!"

Brooke trains with the natural athlete Dana Linn, so obviously she's natural too.

It's not about crossfit, she's like ranked 500'th in the world. It's about staying relevant, she prob makes a lot of money "influencing" and there's always someone younger, fitter and a with a rounder ass coming for her spot. She has to keep "working out" that's her content, her job and her window to cash out is small

She should be resting and healing up bro..........that`s not gonna` do anything for  her if she can`t train optimally.

She look`s like she`s in serious pain.

I`ve trained sick, and with my forearm in a cast years ago......looking back,I should have stayed home until  I was better or fully healed.

Being dedicated is great, being plain fucking dumb, is just plain fucking dumb.

Sanchez is engaged to Bezos so no need to train so hard.
