Old school equipment is no better than new school equipment.

A bunch of old people saying "It was so much better in my day." ::) ::)

I've trained on all different types of equipment. Old school and new school. All the same shit.

None of them magically transformed me in any drastic way.

I wouldn't train there just because of the lights.  The guy needs a strict diet and some cardio.

Arthur and his son Gary Jones had a falling out. Gary teamed up with Kim Wood and started Hammer Strength.
Gary was a mechanical engineer / CAD expert and designed the stuff. Really pissed off the old man...
