Strickland won fair and square.

Strickland turned it into a boxing match with a few kicks thrown in and beat the shit out of Adesanya.

Great match and good for Strickland. Strickland is the closest thing the UFC has to a Getbigger.

I'm sure Adesanya will be back better during the rematch, but given Strickland's overall attitude about life and fighting, I wouldn't be surprised if he beats Adesanya again. Strickland reminds me of the type of guys you DON'T want to fight at a bar. He's the type that keeps on coming and won't back down or accept defeat. Adesanya does have quit on him. Strickland will gladly get knocked out before giving up in a fight.

I stopped watching the UFC regularly because of the same ones who say "you have to kill me before I tap" or "I am like a gladiator"....fuck off with that nonsense.  In any event, I am glad Adesanya lost.  Really couldn't stand him from day #1.   I watched the recap of that fight just because of what you said and I agree...he's that guy in a bar that is the quiet type that you make friends with...and don't piss off
