Re: the former, anyone who has dealt with an elderly person with dementia knows that if this is your "bad day" baseline at 80 yrs old, then the overall trajectory is clear and irreversible: the prospect of theoretically adding 5 or so years to this baseline is unfortunately not pretty at all, and despite some interesting potential breakthroughs on the horizon, they are not a cure all, and there is only so much current medication can do to hold off the inevitable
Very sadly my Dad has dementia & Pedo Joe really isn't that far behind
How my Dad is - Sure they're loading Pedo Joe up with every Cognitive
Enhancer there is & he's that far gone he still Fucks up Badly.
Soon he will be beyond any Kind of Help.
