Gave the article a thumbs down earlier. She should be cut into pieces.

Controversial I know but somethings just not right with this case, I have read quite a bit on it, as you know Im aware how evil people can be , I write about it here a lot.

Maybe its easier to blame one individual rather than the catastrophic failings of the NHS

From the news I've read she seems to be the only one involved. She even noted her killings in a diary. She should be dealt with in the harshest of ways.

all the evidence was circumstantial , have you seen the writings?

Here look at this one

I have a daily journal from when I was at my worst with depression, almost identical in style to that one.

I've not read much about the case - what are the discrepancies that
don't add up - Yes of course as always they'll look for 1 scapegoat to put all the blame on - Does any one believe Savile was unaided or doing evil stuff
on his own.

Its difficult to get any hard evidence in these cases because all the babies were very ill and in some cases not expected to live so they dont have autopsies.

They had no direct evidence that she did anything, I wouldnt like to spend the rest of my life in jail based on coincidences.

other than police framing them or with holding evidence

Quote
As it turned out, the police investigation was marked by tunnel vision and multiple misunderstandings of scientific evidence:

The statistical evidence presented in court was miscalculated due to biased reporting.
Though there was no direct evidence against Lucia, the chances of these incidents occurring so frequently were said to be medically and statistically very unlikely.

How unlikely, you ask? Experts claimed there was just a 1 in 342 million chance.

The true likelihood of a nurse experiencing what Lucia had gone through in the workplace was actually only 1 in 25.

De Berk’s diary entrance, which had been deemed a “confession”, turned out to be fictional — they were notes intended to use in writing a thriller, De Berk’s daughter explained.

Although the reports found digoxin in one of the victims, they didn’t rule out the chance that it could be linked to a substance the body produces naturally.

Further investigations finally concluded that all the unfortunate incidents Lucia de Berk had been involved in had occurred naturally.

As a result, during a formal ruling on April 14, 2010, Lucia de Berk was finally acquitted of her life sentence — six and a half years after her initial conviction.

Free at last

Since her release, Lucia de Berk has given many interviews about what happened to her. “I want to warn people, especially nurses: what happened to me can happen to you too,” she says.

De Berk is no longer a nurse. While she misses the job, she says she can’t do it anymore, mentally or physically. Instead, she gives talks and guest lectures across the country.

If what is claimed is true. She injected air into the babies, gave some insulin, force fed some, or just plain blunt force trauma apparently. And she sent sympathy cards to the families. In some of the trashed documents discovered, they found that she wrote herself that she was evil. One of the babies that survived is now blind and a quadriplegic!

and that is what the appeal is for..

every single person on the planet is capable of being evil

The other seemingly odd case is Nicola Bulley drowning in shallow water
as she was a good swimmer & her body not found for a month when the
river had been searched.

I try and look at the positive side of things. If you were to knock this skank up you would only have to pay child support for the first month or so.  ;)

TLDR but were these abortions or live births, I'm uncertain on how to react. I don't want to be morally inconsistent and suggest there's much of a difference.

She was a nurse working with mostly premature babies, shes been found guily of murder and attempted murder of several of them even there was no conclusive hard evidence, just circumstantial.

It has similarities to the case further down the page where a nurse was convicted then found to be totally innocent
