One of my favorites is that Riverside County Sheriff's deputies didn't enforce Newsom's idiotic and destructive stay at home order.

Same with Barns here in OC.

I’m fully aware of the difference between local and federal law enforcement but you are naive if you think one is any less of a threat to your liberty than the other. If it makes you feel better to think the local police are your friends then good for you. Of course if you ever get in their crosshairs, for whatever reason, you may feel differently. And BTW, “seat belt tickets” are just another tax and means of control by the state on normal citizens. But I assume you think it’s cool for local cops to enforce such a ridiculous law.

According to the NHTSA, among drivers and front-seat passengers, seat belts reduce the risk of death by 45% and cut the risk of serious injury by 50%.

Those injuries cost money to treat. More often than not taxpayers foot a portion of not of all of the financial burden. Why should I have to deal with that?

I shouldn’t have to pay for Aunt Mammies obesity induced diabetes treatments, I shouldn’t have to pay for retards that are too cool to wear a proven safety device like a seatbelt.

Should dickheads going 80 down a residential street be exempt from “government control” as well?

So what did they do to those public officials who violated the Constitution?

California Governor Newsom declared a state of emergency based on the expectation that there would be 25M covid cases over an 8-week period starting in March of 2020.  There have been about 12M cases since then.

By declaring a state of emergency, Newsom ignored state law and the Constitution, and he issued executive orders that had the force and weight of actual law.  He issued no-bid contracts in the billion$ to donors.  He arbitrarily decided which businesses could remain open and which had to close.

There were 76,000 restaurants before the shutdown, and about 1/3 are permanently closed.

During all this and other destructive policies, there was a recall election that Newsom won easily.

I'll just quote Coach and answer, nothing.

Newsom is a complete c unt. The thought of him as President is the scariest proposition I've heard in forever.

Sounds like you love the nanny-state. Let’s make possession of sugar a felony and allow the police to search your house for it.

Yet they load up 50 kids into school buses, no seat belts, and let ex-cons and drunks drive them around...

Safety isn't the only thing I care about, it's not that important to me.   I'm Israeli, we didn't stop going to cafes when they started blowing them up. We're not a scared people.

The white man flourishes with statistics facts and logic.

I’ll make a concession, if we wake up tomorrow in a country without the undesirables and double digit IQ’s I’ll endorse the end of the “nanny state” and libertarian values can commence.

Until then, a country of laws seems the best.

New York is so fucking fun,

As long as you enjoy it, that's what really matters...
No one here is scared about anything, as not much ever really happens, like ever, except maybe cows escaping from the neighbors farm, and what not...

The other thing is this whole state open carries, criminals know if they fuck around they MIGHT get shot... Just over the border in Libtard Massachusetts, things are much worse w/ crime.
