As for your supposed "pec damage", I think this is an example of your hypochondria again. You're just now getting some "muscle maturity"/added detail and I think if you were leaner you'd just have the pec separation that Arnold had. That bicep "dent" is also more common than you think and it's just some detail, not damage(I'll back that claim up later if I must).
