Probably so.. Doesnt mean his physique is great... Is more of a shot at the IFBB. Amazing guys couldnt turn pro (Rory, Matt, etc) and now they hand 'em out for money.

In a recent podcast Todd claimed he had only been off cycle for one month in 15 years. Also said he was currently on 2200 mgs/week.
