It is not PTSD I will say I get shaky before I lift or eat I have dropped food spilled liquid etc etc so I suspect it has something to do with sugar but not sure there have been times I have had bad hand shakes at restaurants that have caused issues with eating and drinking as I spill things and can't hold things steady. But my legs and hands also start getting shaky before I lift so adrenalin may be causing some kind of glaucomic response not really sure
