I'm sure you can buy them or tape small weights to dumbells or whatever. This takes a very good knowledge of your body, to "feel" what you're capable each day to the pound. But you've been training forever.

true but my mania fucks me up BIG TIME
training 6 days a week getting 5-6 hours of sleep but i'm gonna try and manage it just train every other day and try and get 7-9 hours of sleep if i can stay with eod training i'm sure it will take me up to new heights
i'm gonna try full body eod as jp suggests with 4 workouts rotated over the phase doing 8 exercises per wo, one compound chest one compound delt one compound tri a lat width a leg ext and a hip thrust and an iso tri and an iso bi (the big focus is on push as you see

) hulkatron loves those hip thrusts so i put em in as i only want bigger quads and a hotter bubble ass on my lower

gotta keep my waist tiny and narrow for the aesthetic

so today i did decline bench to chin, machine overhead press, dip, wide grip chin, leg ext, hip thrust, skulls and hammer curls with db's, on upper rep range was 8-12 (which is my high rep upper, low will be 3-6 reps) on lower it was low rep range 3-6 and on arms my lower reps will be 8-12 and high 15-20
for example i did 15 reps to failure on decline bench to chin with a buck 35 so i'm certain once i get to 2 bills for 12 reps or so my pecs will be much bigger
