I've seen this video before, its hilarious but the dude filming is some creepy loser who has nothing better to do than go around harassing working people and cops in Riverside CA.
He films businesses just outside their compounds in name of "accountability" 
He's got a whole channel dedicated to that.
I wish someone would knock this guy out cold on camera but I suspect that may have already happened to this dick several times. 
Right, but if people minded their own biz, nothing would become of the channels. Guys are just filming in public, quite legal and connstationally protected.
This clown was driving down the street and injected himself into the video... The average retard is a bigger clown than the Youtuber.
Many normal folks come out, give tours of their stores to the youtuber, high-fives 'em, acts normal. Good cops gets "props" while bad ones get actual written complaints.
Don't act like a Karen and demand you need to know what others are doing, filming, etc...
Transparency (especially in govt) is huge. Many bad cops have been fired because of what they do on these videos...
