Shit is crazy. Guy rapes and beats a woman, gets 30 years with 14 years suspended back in 2015 and somehow only serves 7 years. Dude gets out and rapes a chick and sets her and her husband on fire and then beats this chick to death this weekend with a brick. The guy is huge 6' 4", #300+. He got into the other apartment where he robbed, raped, and set on fire the tenants by claiming he was building maintenance. I bet that's what happened here. Reading that article and they reference the attempted murder and arson where he set that white couple on fire a few days prior. I couldn’t help but wonder when the police chief said “the victims knew the perpetrator, but I don’t want to besmirch them as to why he was there” or something along those lines.
