It really just looks like two rockets being launched out and nowhere close to this hospital.  Its possible that those rockets did fall and blow up the hospital but the problem is that those Qassam Rockets don't really pack any punch as they are just improvised ordinance    An airstrike would not even be seen on camera at night as it would just be moving too fast.
