All of you above babble still doesn't justify Stalins justice system of no or slow due process. You're literally justifying show trials.
Am I? Do you mean slow trials or show trials?
Regardless, he's still entitled to his due process and the right to a speedy trial.
Right, just because he dared the FBI to arrest him does not preclude his right to a speedy trial.
Then present it at trial. Ray Epps comes to mind. He gets to run free.
It is unclear what you are talking about here. Present what at trial and why?
Are you saying that's the only court document to this? Are you saying to this day, 1000+ days later, he's not still in confinement?
Where did I say that it was the only court document? I posted it because it coincides with the start date of his trial. If you know why the trial has been delayed or continues on almost a year hence then post it.
Good, if the justice system was in fact fair and just, this should have been resolved either way a long time ago.
Is the system fair and just? Who knows. ‘Justice is blind’ as the saying goes.
Sometimes justice isn’t fast because there is not enough manpower to move more quickly.
More than 1,100 defendants in the January 6th riots have been tried so far. Twelve of the Thirteen judges in the Washington DC circuit are hearing the January 6th cases. If you do the math that means each judge would have needed to preside over the 93 January 6th cases in the past three years in addition to all the other cases that come to trial.
I've brought this up MANY times that oversight was not permitted to enter the jail to inspect...they were refused entry. Let me repeat that. THEY WERE REFUSED ENTRY! Now why do you supposed that is?
Even if you brought this issue up a thousand times before. You did not bring it up in the post I was responding to. Therefore what does it have to do with that post?
