The Horny Prince is shared by robcguns, gym rat, taffy, wes, joswift, me, Dave d, skeletor, megalodon, Hulkotron, Rusty trombone, sf1900, bhanks, coach, but certainly not Matt and especially not Calvin for that matter
Yet another list that Clavin didn`t make!

No such thing as racists, invented libturd word. All cultures hate other cultures. Or dont care for them at least...
You black folks (not all) despise white people, nothing wrong with it...

Exactly. It’s just preservation of the species to hate other groups and stay away from them.

Again, my personal expenses total $1,290 CAD monthly. That will drop to about $1,200 once I pay $7,000 for a new high efficiency furnace.

You love math, so I thought you might get a kick out of this comparison.

My home is heated using a Goodman modulating 98% AFUE high efficiency gas fired furnace which heats most of the house, plus an electric ‘mini split’ for heating and cooling the 2nd floor. The high efficiency gas water heater is tankless. The cooktop is also gas.

The annual NW Natural Gas bill for 2022 was $1325,78. The average annual cost of running a gas stove is $90. The average annual cost to run a natural gas tankless water heater is $228. So, my average monthly cost for heating just the downstairs, which is around 2,000 sq. ft. is about $85 US or $116 CA a month.

It looks like your projected $90 CAD or $66 US a month figure is not exceptionally far off, depending on a couple of variables, where you set your thermostat and the cost per therm for natural gas. Here it is about $1.60 per therm. I assume you mean a high efficiency gas furnace since that is your least expensive source.

Of course, the climate in West Linn, OR is considerably milder than in Thunder Bay. Our cool season lasts for 3.2 months, from November 15 to February 22, with an average daily high temperature below 52°F. The coldest month of the year in Portland is December, with an average low of 36°F and high of 45°F. Our thermostat is set to call for heat when the inside temperature falls below 70° from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm and 60° between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.

I cannot imagine how anyone can live on $1,200 ($879.84 US) a month. You excluded what you contributed to the cost of raising your kids, and I assume you are still single like me. My monthly expenses sans my mortgage are 9 times higher than what you intend to live on.

Since my Lakehead University incident, no chance I am putting up with any such bullshit "for fun" when I don't need the money.

I'm willing to work, but I'm not wearing a mask or getting medically experimented on. I'm just not. So it's not laziness - I have boundaries that will not be crossed.

Matt, If you are not already receiving disability, you may want to look into it. If you qualify, it will certainly improve your standard of living. According to what I read; you fall well below the poverty level. "...The Official Poverty Line for a single person in 2022 is estimated to be about $27,343, and the deep income poverty threshold is determined to be $20,508."  Since it is now 2023 those figures may be a bit higher.

You should explore the link which I provided for you below. Autism qualifies disability in Ontario. Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder are delivered through the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP). The program is administered through the Ministry of Community and Social Services.

CPP Disability   $1,078.07 (Average) and $1,538.67 (Maximum)

Your Maths is off. Please PM Matt for some remedial classes. I believe Wiggs will be attending too.

1200CAD is 880USD

You did the opposite conversion. 1200USD to 1640CAD

Thanks you are correct... my mistake. Matt wrote the he currently lives on $1,270 CA. When he lowers his heating bill with a new furnace he said he will be spending 1,200 CA. That would be about $880. US. which barely covers groceries for many folks.

Never.

Again, my personal expenses total $1,290 CAD monthly. That will drop to about $1,200 once I pay $7,000 for a new high efficiency furnace.

= $14,400 a year.
= $144,000 a DECADE.

It's literally hilarious to me when I think of it that way. Of course I spend more than that...but that $1,290 CAD figure is doable, if I put effort into budgeting.

That means I could have $200K in the bank [HOW THE FUCK IS THIS SO HARD TO BELIEVE FOR BROKE RETARDS LIKE WALTER SOBCHAK?], and I'd be good until 2040.

But I spend more than that and my kids are extra. I'm just saying my costs are low. Just look up house prices in Thunder Bay, lol. It will make more sense.

I'm willing to work, but I'm not wearing a mask or getting medically experimented on. I'm just not. So it's not laziness - I have boundaries that will not be crossed.

Incident my ass...

I’m sure Primes family is constantly reminding him why they can’t pay rent because they’re routinely spending over $1200 a month on groceries alone - which I’m sure includes all their door dash orders.
