For what it's worth on a given night the two best players in the nhl will be playing with a black winger and a black right D.

Granted its 100 percent of the time a guy with a white Canadian dad. But superior black genetics is a thing.

Also worth mentioning the fasting gown hockey audience in Canada is from brown people.

None of that applies to the states of course most of the leagues black players are Canadian.

Too bad no one will be watching them play. The NHL is man's version of the WNBA.

Lets relax, we know there are some.. The ads are a joke though... But no, black genetics do not come into play with skating.
Its just not their thing...

That's complete bullshit. Blacks are like 2% of the Canadian population, most of which are immigrants, there's a small handful of people like me with white dads.

Yet we make up like 2% of black Canadian NHLers, and almost all are in the top 6 fowards or top defensive pairing.

You have a bunch of half black star players while making up only a tiny proportion of the league.

And all of them have above average athletic ability for an nhl athlete, and they general rely on explosive power to perform.

Guy gets a natural hat trick in the playoffs, with Draisailt(the best german player ever, best European player currently) McDavid(by far the best player in the league)

Dustin Byfuglien one of the most physically dominant players in the league in his time.

reeves one of the best fighters

Hockey is like golf in that organized league play is expensive, hence the dearth of less-affluent ethnic groups.  Not as much the case in Canada since it’s much more popular and there are frozen lakes on which to play for free

Great point- I used to play hockey in a pickup league- we had to play at 11:30 PM on Friday nights because that's when the ice time was affordable. Even then (about 15 years ago) it was $150 an hour.

Hockey is a great sport but unless you live in a winter climate it is down the list for sports young people play.
