Cutler is 2" or more shorter than Coleman and his biceps look much bigger. Look at that left bicep compared to Coleman.

If Jay's arms were in their league he might've won once in a while actually.

Some of Jay's shortcomings are a lack of arm defo & separation, plus he doesn't have the same volume. Less noticable on that double bi and more obvious when his arms are by his sides. With his arms down it's obvious he doesn't Ron's detail, separation or size.

Ron is one of the all-time greats when it comes to arms.

ummm... ronnie's arms blow most other pro's arms off the stage when they are standing side by side:

ronnie's biceps have something that only a select few (and in fact only one other Mr. Olympia) have: a defined split (samir had this too).

saying his biceps are "atrophied" and that his arms are "overrated" might be even dumber than ND's infamous "dorian has better overall arms than Ronnie" comment.

You think that THESE arms are overrated?:

ps - Markus has bigger biceps than just about anyone, but his are certainly not the best. You have to consider other qualities other than size.

I think in the picture I posted - with good lighting (not the dark lighting in your pics) showing both men on the same stage facing straight ahead - well....Cutler's biceps are just bigger and fuller AND peaked. Ronnie's have no fullness - giving them their "atrophied" appearance. Coleman has odd muscle shapes all around - not just biceps - Calves and abs too. He's massive......but he's odd lol. Not my choice for the number 1 guy.

To use the term atrophied you just have a thing for Jay. Ron's bis are ridiculous. Jay's bis are fuller, not bigger. Looking at bis & tris, the overall arm, Ron's are just much bigger and more detailed.

You just proved you're biased. Jay's bis are fuller, not bigger. To me a better peak wins if all else is equal. Ron's bis & tris together it's no contest.

With his arms down, Jay doesn't have enough size or detail..arms looking almost Yatesian. $:-\$

No.....It's a fact that Jay's biceps are bigger. You are running away from the contest pics. Jay's bicep is almost twice as big.

In terms of height/measurement, they're no bigger. Add in the lack of detail and overall lack of volume and it's one of the reasons he's never won.

where is the split in jay's bi's? Where is the detail?

Not to bash Jay, but I would bet that even HE would be the first to tell you that Ronnie has better biceps.

If you think Jay has better biceps than Ronnie, then you are very rare, indeed. Sorry, but many, many people think that Ronnie just might have the best biceps EVER, especially in his "pre-gut" days:

Better than Arnold's perhaps?
Better than Robby robinsons?

Jays biceps are fuller. not better.

Dorian's ugly quads and his gut were also weaknesses. Ronnie's biceps are better than Jay's if you consider detail and peak. Obviously Markus has even bigger biceps.

Ronnie has one of the best pair of biceps in history, thats no question about it.
Thats some guys who can have maybe best biceps, or triceps than Lee for instance...But i never seen someone that had ALL of this at the same time...
From the shoulder to his wrist, imo he has THE best arms in the history of bodybuilding...
And lets not even enter on the forearm subject...hehe

Now if you guys are talking about Biceps alone, than yes, there a lot of guys who can be considered better (i myself would put Arnold in front of him)

Arnold's bis are closer to Ron's peaks than the fullness that Jay has. You're contradicting yourself.
