There are lots of conservative areas of the country. The best idea though is not to even know your neighbors much less their race or politics. The only reason I know we have a diverse political neighborhood is when the lawn signs go up as we do have a lot of Northern carpet baggers in the neighborhood other than that my neighbor's politics doesn't come up. Less affluent neighborhoods are more conservative republicans as they are born and raised southern however that also means less privacy and more seedy poor people. Personally, I will take a nicer gated neighborhood even if it means more democrats.

I’ve looked into a “golden passport” to buy EU citizenship and what what would be the best place to settle. The other plan would be to buy acreage in Appalachia and fall back there and wait for the break up of the USA.

The benefit of a whites only policy wouldn't be just that you keep unskilled people out of your country, you could keep socialist leaning liberals out of your country too.

You aren't wrong when you aren't talking about diet or bodybuilding.

I do think it's advantageous to at least be on good terms with your neighbors though. At least know them to say hello etc. You never know if you're out of town a tree falls from a storm or you have something off about your house while you're away they can let you know about it.
