Dave Bautista Named Honorary Ambassador of Olympia Weekend

Long before he became a WWE champion, an action star, and a Hollywood leading man, Dave Bautista’s rise to fame started in the gym, where he lived the transformative life of a serious bodybuilder. When he learned he was selected as the Honorary Ambassador of the 2023 Olympia Weekend, the fitness industry’s most celebrated event, Bautista said, “Bodybuilding changed the direction of my life.”

It's not just aging, his whole face/skull has taken on a Neanderthal look. Probably the decades of steroids and GH along with plastic surgery and facelifts.
