I don't get it either. Lower body seems to be all they train, but there are so many issues with the way they do it. They seem to neglect quads. No leg press or leg extension when training lower body. Just hip thrusts, hip thrusts, and more hip thrusts. Then stiff legged deadlifts and call it a day.The shorts they wear and shoes seem to be the most critical part of the equation along with looking phone and texting between sets. For the young guys it's just flat bench for chest and cables for arms.

This is 100% spot on. At my gym girls literally just sit and wait for 30 minutes to get on one of the smith machines hiding their own neck roll to then get on and spend the next 30 minutes doing hip thrusts. Then they grab a couple dumbbells and do the stiff leg deadlifts for 30. They all occupy every fucking squat rack now with this shit.

Hip thrusts are easier... We have a guy, loads 5 45's a side and does thrusts w/ 500 pounds. (A fool).Kvnt can barely squat 225...
