Unfortunately that's how you have to deal with people with Dementia or Alzheimer's. they don't understand normal things anymore the way we do. ask anyone who has dealt with a family member with memory loss and they'll tell you the same.
My father has it and when we originally took him to get tested the doc told my brother and I that he was going to ask my dad a bunch of questions and that we couldn't help him answer. my brother and I without speaking looked at each other and both thought to ourselves "Fuck! he won't be able to answer"

What a horrid disease. I'm hoping by the time I reach 70, they've discovered something to prevent it or at least slow it down. Doubt it.

No matter what, the guy had an amazing life. Lived 10 lifetimes in one. Did some great movies before selling out. I don't blame them selling out in their old age. They're thinking of the medical bills and the like. Imagine being paid 2 million for a couple of scenes in a movie or 10 million for some shitty script when you're 60. Of course you'd take it.

He has frontotemporal dementia, it’s a rare condition that usually shows up earlier than other forms of dementia.

Patients with the behavioral variant of frontotemporal dementia have a progressive change in their personality where they become disinhibited or maybe apathetic and have more trouble with problem-solving when it comes to their thinking.

The other disorder under the umbrella of frontotemporal dementia is primary progressive aphasia.

Aphasia means lack of language. So, it's a primary progressive disease of language. Both have the same or similar pathologies, but it depends on where that pathology is in the brain.

No sane man would purchase Castles in Scotland and Romania, that's a monetary sinkhole that will drain your money

It's not like he had people paying to stay there or having organized tours to make it even
