But I thought if one “pays attention to labs,” “donates blood,” and “goes to the doctor,” bad stuff don’t happen.

“Bro, there’s use and abuse.”

“I eat grass fed, farm raised.”

“I do TRT dose on my cruise, 300 mg … ahem… I mean 100 mg half the year to clear out my system.”

“I do cardio daily, for heart health. I walk the dog.”

I always wondered why people put so much trust in their lab work. Its really just a tiny window that doesnt show full picture.
Example, my friend Peter never did drugs of any kind, always had perfect bloodwork during his yearly physicals, etc.
Yet, full widow-maker blockage and almost died. (He was about to go home and take a nap, his wife talked him into emergency room).

John Meadows always bragged about his perfect blood-work, etc....

Exactly. And we also possibly never saw his lab values when they were abnormal! And some had to be at times.

Short for Tadayoshi (Tadayoshi Inoue). Personally, I'd have gone Yoshi or full name. Tad makes me think of the band or the budget steakhouses that were once popular in NY.

Yes, exactly. People would be far better off getting a blood pressure monitor and using that to monitor and regulate their blood pressure.
