Hey did anyone read Gregg V column on Lou POS Ferrigno , man after I read this article I really saw what a NO Good Sc-mbag Lou really is. Gregg hit the nail on the head . Way to go Gregg on a great story.

between the two, i'd say i "hate" valentino more because as much of a dick as lou might be, he was a real bodybuilder and had 10000x better of a physique that valentino. valentino has wormed his way into this sport by injecting oil into his arms. thats all he's done. at least lou was the real deal once. valentino has no right to talk shit about anyone.

What a dick Lou is. His brother said he saw Lou days before he got the notice from his lawyers and was too big of a pussy to tell him to his face. Plus, I believe his brother's wife is going through breast cancer at the same time.

Andy and Janie Ferrigno shop is not to far from where I live and I always see him and his wife there working everyday I go by. Lou is the biggest loser and hasbeen of a human being that I have ever seen. He should practice shooting his gun and maybe it will go off and hit him in his head.

There are 2 sides to every story. It was totally irresponsible of Valentino not to give Lou the chance to tell his side. For some reason everyone likes to gang up on Lou. I'd like to hear what Lou has to say about it before we pass judgement. What has Lou done to Valentino anyway?
