It raises your body temp the problem is the effective safe dosage and lethal dosage are pretty close and it builds up so you have to be careful. You want to raise your body temp 2 degrees not 4. But at around 600mg a day for 10-12 days it works but it's not worth it safe dosage would be maybe 200mg a day. I got up to about 600mg a day and you will feel like shit on that after a couple days and be over it after after 2 weeks. My brain was just exhausted on that stuff I didn't have the energy to put on a pair of socks.

Its too easy for me to lean out now. I would never consider that again. I don't even use a pre workout. I do not take any kind of stimulants or clen or thyroid medicines or any of that shit. Just adjust calories that is it.
