Coach, I understand addiction quite well. I've known addicts with far less than him with much more to live for who succumbed to their addictions and there was no outpouring of grief. Why? I guess because they weren't shitty actors?

I've also known addicts with absolutely nothing to live for who've overcome the most profound and dire heroin addiction.

I'm not troubled at all by his loss. Did you read his book? He's an asshole. A selfish prick who managed to talk shit about almost everyone in his life. And it was quite clear from the book that he learned nothing about responsibility. It really came across as desperate.

A friend told me that an old hippy he knew told him that all of his 1960's friends into uppers died, but those into downers were still alive. That was ~20 years ago.

Matt was addicted to nasal cocaine, right? If so, a heart attack and drowning would make sense.

I read that the cast of Friends make $20M/year on syndication. A lot of cash to destroy yourself.

I read Matt was clean for a while, but this makes me question that. Like Fortress, I was never a fan of Friends, but Matt was good in "The Whole Nine Yards", IMO. Good movie! Could be worth rewatching after this.

It was apparently a heart attack. I am suspicious and think he might have had the bio weapon injections. He was suppose to have been clean the past couple of years,  but people lie and say they are when in fact they’re using. He is way too young to pass. RIP

Of course it’s worse than we could even imagine. I am noticing a trend. People are suddenly dying 18 months to 2 years after the injections. It’s myocarditis I suspect as 85% survive the first year. 50% die within 5 years and 85% die within 10 years.
