I follow him on IG, I always knew something was off and he seems very butthurt about Louie Simmons for whatever reason. But I agree, he shares interesting info.

I know of the site, but never saw that article before. I think haislop was bottom heavy early on and had to bring up his upper body to match his lower, something tom platz tried but never did.
