Judging by these…it was fair. Hadi flattened out since yesterday while Derek dried out. Hadi was too dry yesterday and the only other way to go, it’s to flatten out. If the finals were last night he would have won..

I never thought I would be one of those old fuggers waxing nostalgic about the good ole days, but there is no way anyone can tell me that this current crop of BBers are better than THIRTY YEARS AGO.
Can anyone argue that 1993 Dorian wouldn’t have walked away with the crown this year? Or Ronnie in 98 (or any year) - Flex - Kevin etc.. They were just as big and just had much better shape. Don’t get me wrong the current guys are impressive, but it’s just not the same. Prime Cutler, and Heath too

Seriously though you are right. Watched a shit ton of football today and just from my time in early 90’s these kids are WAY better athletes. I know some rules have changed and the equipment is tons better than we had (they have slimmed down the shoulder pads a ton which increases mobility) - but there are so many freak athletes today.
I don’t understand why the regression in BB. Obviously with something like the human body there is only so much “perfection” possible. But to go backwards??
