I can't speak for it now, but I trained at a gym that had Panatta stuff from the late '80s/early '90s. It was good solid stuff. They sold it on and replaced it with a mix of Icarian and Technogym stuff. Neither was as good as the Panatta stuff.

I’m just speaking from what I’ve seen at my gym. Their standing overhead press/standing calf raise is already broken in less than a year, and their “super high row” is fairly popular but most look like they don’t even lift. The handle comes up too high at the bottom of the rep where you can’t even feel it in the lats. Maybe their older stuff was better. I guess new machines sometimes suck no matter the brand
