if you google earth hankys house, then scroll along the shore line looking at the houses along the way, hankys is CLEARLY the worst house in that neighbourhood. All the other ones are bigger, cleaner looking, nicer landscaping, just overall nicer houses. It may value at 1.9, but Im guessing unless theres substantial work done to it in the future, it sure isnt getting 1.9. It looks out of place among the other houses
