I've had both but not simultaneously.

Years ago I was throwing clots for at least 11 days, perhaps as many as 12.  ER doc misdiagnosed me with pneumonia around 6 days in, the phukker.  Cutting off a finger would have been less painful.  Morphine did nothing for the pain.

When C-19 reached our shores I went 0 to septic shock in 30 hours.  The put me in C-19 isolation until my test came back negative.  I lost 7 lbs in 6 days.  It's an effective diet but I don't recommend it. 

Hang the fuck in there and keep posting when you can.
