Krizo is great, massive, shredded, but he lacks muscle hardness, density, probably because he builds his muscles just from pumping his muscles a lot, he doesn't go heavy, he just tries to get amazing pumps
It's not just genetics, it's how you train too, you should never ''squeeze'' the arm muscles very tight, rather let the weight do the pumping, like Arnold did, or Krizo, just let the muscle grow. Once you start ''squeezing'' the muscle really tight the arm muscles will become extremely dense and won't grow anymore
