How many guys post here and don't train at all? Maybe train for a week then off for six weeks. Some of the guys here I'm convinced like to share their training "knowledge" but look like they never did a push up in their life.
I give credit to anyone that exercises doing anything from running, calisthenics, swimming, riding a bike or even yoga. It's all good. All the attacks on other guys for what they do in the gym is low rent and screams insecurity.
