What works is heavy, compound movements done for multiple sets 3-8 reps several times a week combined with a large intake of canola oil.

Third the only way it really works requires you to increase the workload every training session. This is tough. Even on a pretty big cycle adding even one or two reps or a pound or two  to your bench every single week is almost impossible. It can be done, but not forever. And last some people have a genetic makeup that really favors HIT and some dont. I find it really easy to cause muscular damage and my body responds well to limited volume. Ronnie coleman literally had to destroy his body every couple days because of a genetic mutation that makes his muscles resistant to break down.

So, i think everyone who reads what i wrote most likely knows what i know already. Its a head scratcher why op thinks posting videos of obvious newbie trainers wasting time with HIT, as if we dont already know that without a sunstantial muscular base HIT wont work.

If it is the best way to train then why have the majority of bodybuilders (enhanced and natural)settled on higher volume? Are they all consciously choosing to work with an inferior method of training.
