Drew Baye, another hit lunatic, was out of shape for quite some time. Now, at the age of 50 plus, he has miraculously got very lean while looking hard and full (but still not very big) and claims he hopped on trt. 😆

His face has changed completely, hairy shoulders and red skin. His voice also changed. Not even going to talk about the gyno. It's actually quiet sad. He's dedicated 30 years to this training method that doesn't work but he refuses to give up on it lol. Like he had to hop on hormones only to look average (there are intermediate natties who do the opposite of what he says that are bigger than him). Double lol.

That's because one set (no matter how intense) doesn't hit all the available muscles fibres to fully stimulate growth. It's why these hit clowns never make gains. At best they're only maintaining.

Im actually grateful that I grew up an American with other men around me that made sure we all knew how to speak and behave.

DJ is from a very soft place in Europooria that doesn’t have tough dudes, national pride, etc, so he gets to speak and behave however he wants, without the risk of consequences.

Dude,not everyone aspires to weigh a ripped 300 pounds, and not very many could even if they did want to.

Gear or not,the guy looks better than he did 30 years ago and he was in shape back then also.
