In the early 2000's MD was the best mag by far. Used to enjoy Valentino's rambling freak column. Mag also had good pro features every month, a long with the featured female fitness hottie pictorials  ;D

Not surprising, but a little sad. The publishing world is in shambles. He doesn't own Twinlab anymore, and AML https://advancedmolecularlabs.com/collections/all-products, his new thing, isn't setting the world on fire, and he's in his late 60's at least. Probably best to let it go.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

What is surprising is how fast it fell. 334,000 Youtube subs, barely breaking a few thousand views each video - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9xC5ClCMLOShjp1Ms0dbRw . Instagram and Facebook numbers are worse. I always was surprised when I'd watched a video by them, like - "Oh yeah, these guys are still around?!".

Did Harris and Palumbo part on good terms? Dave should throw him some work, maybe expos, etc.... since Dave and crew don't enjoy that stuff anymore. Harris hustles, hard worker.

Sell the MD name to someone that will enjoy it.

I always liked Ron, although I don't think it was mutual, but he was always pleasant towards me.

Hopefully Ron is in a good spot in life and this doesn't hurt him too much. His kids are adults (finished college I think) and his wife works so he should be pretty chill.

Anyway let's see if Howard the cuck finds his way back here.
