Understanding physics is equally essential as mastering the art of riding a bike.

If bodybuilders want to go to the next level, they will have to use their brains.

Loads of aero work has been done in cycling over the decades.

Chris Froome did a lot of descending work, positioned himself on the top tube. The UCI banned that position due to handling concerns. Froome had a huge off into a rock wall doing a reconnaissance descent run.

When a proper fast rider attacked on a descent it made for an awesome race to watch.

The "supertuck"...Froome is a beast over 50kmh on a bicycle into a brick wall whilst removing a jacket would end the average man

I hated Sky for making pro cycling boring but when Froome started attacking just before a peak then kept charging downhill it made it interesting again. The guy proved he wasn’t just a climber but had handling up there with the best descenders.

Most memorable was the TDF when the top guys are belting uphill and the crowd was so thick the motorcycles stopped and they ran straight into them. Froome snapped his frame and a few minutes later is jogging up the road with no bike. I watched rat live and was going apes hit with excitement, was an epic controversy as they removed the time gains for the riders ahead lol
