I respect Mentzer and his ideas even though I may not agree with many things he says. Funny thing, I have seen possibly hundreds of pics of Mike Mentzer and realize he was not bigger than me, not in the upper body at least, his legs were freaking huge though, much bigger than my legs, he was about the same height as me, he claims his arms were measured in a very strict way and they were 18.5''. Keep in mind I'm natty and he was not
