He talked too much about lifts, and the rumor is Stallone stiffed him on some shoes after that, and never used him again. I remember that Di Fabrizio also mentioned the average lifts for a star were in the 2 1/2 - 3" range, and the best way to make them was a combo of heel height and building them up inside so they looked more natural.

thank you, but for me it's not good enough...

thing is i've added 20 pounds but i'm a fatass @ 9-10% in that photo i'm 5-6%, so my goal is to keep this 20 pounds but get back to 5-6% and keep the waist at 29 inches, if i have a 31 inch waist i'm fucked and i'll be right pissed off, key is to put that 20 pounds only on the arms, torso and delts and put ZERO on the midsection

many guys gain 20-30 pounds scale weight at the same bodyfat but their waist gets 2-3 inches on it, fuck dat noise! boyer coe did this in the early-mid 90's and francis benefetto did it as well damn shame, they lost some aesthetics which is a no bueno
