So you're one of the few guys that use a full body training session. Those are brutal. Much harder than a split routine. How that got labeled a beginner is beyond comprehension. It exhausting and has to burn the most amount of calories.
Surprised to hear you train whole body as opposed to a split. I thought you would say a high rep split with plenty of volume.
like JP says "why not get muscle stimulation potential growth 180 times a year as opposed to 50 times a year?" since going from 6 days a week to eod i get stronger each and every workout, like 15 once said... "you grow outside the gym" and King Mentzer said... "train and get the hell out of the gym and rest and grow"
i have a push focus as 7 of my 10 exercises hammer pecs, delts and tri, i only do one back width move and 2 leg moves ie. leg ext and either leg press or hip thrust gotta word dat ass i guess

JP cites 12 exercises like this
1 x Chest
1 x Shoulder
1 x Tricep
1 x Lat bias movement
1 x Upperback thickness
1 x Side Delt (isolation) -> Pull in and out
1 x Bicep isolation
1 x Tricep isolation
1 x Hamstring curl
1 x Quad compound
1 x Leg extension
1 x Calf Raise
full body isn't nearly as hard as boxing crossfit it's like child's play compared to that, i take 4 minutes rest before each heavy lift to failure and my workouts take nearly 2 hours but since i only train every other day i recover and progress, i think King Mentzer was right when he said... "it's always a mistake to train 2 days in a row" JP's later routines go on a 5 ways split day 1: push day 2: pull day 3: off day 4: legs day 5: off but with this you train 2 days in a row and each muscle get hit 70 times a year i'll take 180 over 70
