thing was i was overtraining and not adding weight to the bar hence not much gains

Methead was an ok bodybuilder. He was a lot like zane. By himself he could look good. BUT put him next to Arnold or any other big bodybuilder and he fades away. Same with zane. Metheads ( and zanes) body is much more attainable than Arnolds . Methead had NO chest. His waist was wide and his belly bulged. He had a couple poses he looked good in and that is it. NO he is not nor ever will be a goat . In fact i do not know why there are so many posts on here about the guy. He is dead and gone. STOP trying to act like he was more than he was. He was a second rate bodybuilder who had severe mental issues. Case closed. No more Methead posts.
