Yes, but he wasn't suspended from competing  in the 84 olympia. He tried to put on too much size. I thought he looked great in 84 but just not as sharp as 83. Even if he was, IDK that it would've been enough against Haney.

It was the WABBA world championship and had a lot of great competitors. He finished 6th in the 84 Olympia and then was suspended 3 years for competing in the WABBA contest.
