What is the story with this? I heard Tucker say the “official autopsy” showed no damage to neck, etc., and therefore the implication is that Floyd died of an OD or something else. If so, what was the evidence presented to convince the judge (I assume this was a bench trial) that Chauvin was guilty of murder “beyond a reasonable doubt”? Is there a concise, objective, article or book on this case? If Chauvin was unjustly convicted, and I don’t know right now whether he was or not, how can anyone not think the US is beyond saving.
