He ran over a 12 second 100 yard dash. He got a nice 320lbs push press off the squat racks.
12 seconds is very good. Hell, not many athletes do under 15s.
Plus Mike knew he would have to perform near 50 steps wich means 25 reps each leg, clearly overtraining, halting his gains. That's genius right there.

At what speed and distance was Mentzer moving when he ran naked down Venice Blvd in full on meth fueled psychosis? It had to be faster than his ABC All Stars performance.

For these meth induces nude wind sprints, do you suppose he was applying high intensity interval training? Or some other "heavy duty" method to this unusual,  but effective,  form of cardio?

Thread derailed hard. It was supposed to be about Munzer not Mentzer.

Mentzers organs held up slightly better than Munzers.

Mentzer running down Venice Blvd in a psychotic state > Munzer running down Venice Beach in a dehydrated state.

“RMJ11”

This bastard has about 20 gimmick accounts

Is he "Educated Mind" also? He seems to edit others posts in his replies (with funny updates), like RMJ11 does...

I’m not sure about “Educated Mind”

But the “editing” does definitely raise a red flag

I have revised by position by listening to the wisdom of your post. I went back and reviewed the tape of him running and saw he didn't take the normal amount of steps. He only took 8 with giant high intensity strides. If he ran it normally as in high volume he would have won but that would have put him into over training and he wasn't going to go to that dark place. Yes, he was a productive genius. If he only rested more he would have been a 8 time Olympia winner.
