How can anyone compete in this sport and not realize that its the POSE that he is doing causing the shoulders to look so different. Are the perfectly symmetrical? I have no idea from one photo but probably not - BUT - if you see the way he has one wrist in his hand that ALWAYS causes the two sides of the body to look different.

He has a tear, looks like he hasn't done the proper rehab. What is occurring is hypertonicity on the non-tear side, everything is tighter and more restricted. Look how much better his right side looks, the pec tear was likely from some imbalance he has not corrected. It will result in a left sided injury soon enough, the fascia is yanking on it
