As popular as Sam Sulek is and as swole as he admittedly is - his form and range of motion is horrendous. Fouad can state how "refreshing" it is to see someone just pursuing the sport with the "passion" that most meatheads start with, but the fact is that he should be using his exposure to top pros and established veterans to learn how to modify his training to avoid and minimize injuries. If he has aspirations to compete and be successful, avoiding major injuries will be paramount.
From what I have seen of him to date. He is on a freight train to injury. Good for him for being popular with the masses as an "everyday man's hope" for bodybuilding - but Fouad and others are only on his jock for the clicks and follows.
