I know it would be 99% speculation, but it's pretty common knowledge that Ronnie moved from moderate stuff after that conversation with Flex.  Must have been covered on here before - anyone point me to a thread?

I'm guessing it would be something like triple the dose, plus massive GH use - would explain Ronnies now enormous hands, feet, elbows, etc?

Yes. I'd guess it was that he was only using basic gear, like test and dball offseason and test and winstrol pre-contest. Then flex told him about hgh + slin.
