He gets laser all over his body which burns off the sun damage and also hair.

The hair removal doesn’t work if you are tanned (I’ve had it done in Winter so I wasn’t tanned).

Regarding vitamin d from the sun, does it matter what time of day? I’m assuming sun is sun? He trains early morning so he’d still get sun but not the damaging UV.

I’m guessing 7am sun benefit for Vitamin D is the same as 12pm?
