However, we all should be in some kind of condition. If you can’t see some kind of abs you are a slob and should stop posting workouts on here faking the funk and actually get in shape. This is my 40 inch belly with a botched Hernia repair supposedly yet still in some semblance of condition.  What’s your excuse get in shape not one single person on here should not have abs at this point you all talk shit hours a day you have time to get in shape. You can eat and still be in shape if any of you actually worked out half as much as you post. Can we get some kind of accountability around here? Hold yourself to a standard for fuck sake have some respect for your body.
