ALL Supreme Court justices agreed (including the liberals). And as a generally “liberal” person myself, I totally agree:
1. Insurrection evaluation is a national issue, has nothing to do with individual states
2. Plus states would “disenfranchise” a huge number of voters in other states (let alone their own)

Totally correct decision, even though I pray Trump is not our next President.
