  The SCN debacle was another favorite this year. He went from the penthouse to the outhouse  a few weeks later. You could see the strict curl obsession vapourizing in the air. I don't read or post about Hankys comments for his reactions. I do it to see the comments and posts others are making. That's where all the Hanky entertainment comes from. On his own he's actually a very boring poster. Makes zero difference to me if he's being real or trolling.

I think the real news flash is he's got you. You post you're ignoring, but you're just in the corner of the gangbang watching. If you were really ignoring him you'd leave the room. That would mean not opening, reading and reply in any threads about him or care if others reply to him.

I don't think posting truthful things about him that show he's full of shit is him trolling everyone.  His replies may be, but they just make him look like a worse liar.  For example, anyone who read that police report sees that he's an a-hole woman beater and not a single person here other than him believes otherwise.  His claiming just because he wasn't convicted that means he didn't do it may be him trolling, but it doesn't help him and makes him look worse.  And in his obfuscations he usually ends up admitting more truth because he can't remember his prior lies.

All of this is super fun and hilarious.  Does he get attention?  Yes.  But his three front sugar, woman beating, and selfie ring/no job war today was hilarious and he got his ass handed to him on each front reminding him how many here are on to his BS.

I am actually getting my morning bike ride in now before everyone wakes up. I am starting to enjoy the daily cardio. I don’t do much just 20 minutes or 5 miles on the recumbent at a leisurely pace. Idea is to loosen up the knees and push any fluid out. The back of my left knee has been bothering me again where I had a bakers cyst so want to keep it moving.

It’s not much but it doesn’t need to be consistency and time is the key not trying to have an intense cardio session just trying to keep the knees working and wake up the metabolism.
